About Us

Founded in 2026, Northwest Motors is an independent automotive dealership and service provider based in Auckland. We specialise in affordable, reliable vehicles and practical automotive solutions for both locals and travellers.

How we're doing it: keep overheads low, buy well, and sell well. We focus on doing a few things exceptionally well, creating happy customers who refer their friends and help us grow the Northwest Motors brand.

Why it matters to you: every job we do well lets us reinvest in the business, so we can grow to look after more customers, more often, without cutting corners on quality or on our promise to you.

Our goal is simple: help people get on the road safely, confidently, and without breaking the bank - one stop shop.

We also supply performance parts and will be showcasing more of our in-house builds, sharing our passion for modifying, maintaining, and enjoying great cars.

See everything we do — WOF repairs, mobile servicing, modifications and more — on our Service page, or go straight to Contact to book, ask about a car, or request a part.

We do have a selection on hand and can be delivered within 1-3 business days (or hand-delivered within the day if you live in Auckland).

Otherwise, certain performance parts will take 10 business days to arrive in NZ and straight to your doorstep.

Tell us as soon as you notice it, on our Contact page, and give us the chance to look at it.

If the problem is a fault with the car we sold you or with work we did (not normal wear and tear, misuse, an accident, or something we told you about before you bought), we'll put it right as your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 require. We'll repair it within a reasonable time. If it can't be repaired, or the fault is serious, we'll replace the car or refund you. For backpackers who bought a car from us, a replacement car can be the quickest way back on the road.

This doesn't limit any of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.
